Expresions with to be

be booked up : no space or time available for someone

be caught up in something : involved in the situation, often when you don't want to be

be cut off : be a long way from other places and people

be dying for sth (informal) : want sth very much, especially food or drink

be getting at sth (informal) : express something indirectly

be hung up (informal) : be very worried about sth and spend a lot of time thinking about it.
